1. Whisk the olive oil and the vinegar for the salad dressing and add ground black pepper to taste.
2. Then, gently toss the dressing through the lettuce leaves with your hands.
3. Peel the cantaloupe and slice into small pieces.
4. Place the salad blend with the dressing on a serving plate, add the melon, then the prosciutto.
5. Finish with a sprinkle of the roasted pumpkin seeds and crumbled feta over the top.
